Phantom Spark is a time-trial precision racer that brings back the allure and excitement of the futuristic rides that were available at the sorts of cabinets that would be found in a late-90s arcade, but with a twist: its emphasis on using physics to your advantage and being rewarded for outdoing yourself over and over again.

Phantom Spark NSP Key Features:

• Electric Bolt Effect: If your headshot hits your target, you will have a follow up electric bolt that will hit up to two other targets within 7 meters of your target.
• Disables Dismemberment: Prevents enemies from dismembering on impact with the weapon.
• Characteristic white painted frame and cyan scope.
• Speed: 0.25x (25 by 100th) in Dogtown (Terra Cognita fast travel point area) in the gated cache of the Increased Criminal Activity area.
• AKey: Obtained upon defeating the area boss/s or upon collecting the Arasaka drone.
