Description:

If it has the rhythm that appeals to you to play, Crypt of the NecroDancer is a great game to play. The game starts with the main character saying she’s going to die out there, and then she actually dies. However, a corpse mage who has a sweet tooth for dancing decides to bring her back to life with beat and that’s how Cadence starts her search for the buried treasure. Crypt of the NecroDancer plunges players into murky and enigmatic dungeon mazes. You’ll need to travel in a square pattern to explore all parts of the dungeon. Remember to collect weapons and gear on the road and be prepared to face some unusual creatures. FUN is in the way you play it; all must be in rhythm. All players’ actions must go in time with the “beat” of the music playing as background to the action, whether they are attacking or moving.

• Core Gameplay Mechanics: Rhythm-Based Movement: Movement and Attack can only be performed at the rhythm of the music. Enemies also move in a specific manner according to the tempo.
• Randomized Dungeons Lots & Permanent Death: Roguelike Progression. Diamonds are picked up while you’re running to buy permanent upgrades at the surface.
• Multiplier System: If you manage to synchronize the music without losing and win the enemies one after another, you will get a higher coin multiplier which will give you more points and better shop goods.
