Metal Slug Tactics takes place in a world filled with war instigated by the revengeful General Donald Morden. After years in hiding, Morden has assembled a formidable rebel army, threatening to plunge the world into chaos. Players are to play the role of the elite Peregrine Falcon Squad, who must destroy Morden’s forces before he can complete his coup.

Metal Slug Tactics NSP Key Features:

• The “run and Gun” Strategy: The game is an “action game” that is constantly played in motion. Operatives gain Adrenaline as a result of moving their operatives, which can be used to activate special powers and gives them Dodge points as a bonus, which will induce rapid manoeuvres with an offensive emphasis.
• When you get your characters in line of sight, you can initiate “Follow Up” Cross Fire Attacks, which is a synchronized damage attack.
• In Roguelite Progression: Missions, runs run in missions. While character permadeath isn’t featured, you collect experience, currency, and powerful equipment during a run. Failure to do this means that you start another run, but the base is permanently unlocked and upgraded.
• Iconic Roster & Modding: Pick from 9 beloved characters (such as Marco, Tarma, and Eri) and equip them with dozens of different weapons that can be easily modded or customized with mix-and-match pieces.
• Reinforcements & Vehicles: As befits the series, you can hatch in a devastating airstrike, heavy artillery, or even pilot the glorious eponymous Metal Slug tank to turn the tide of battle.
