Description:

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is now available on Nintendo Switch 1 and 2. Another anime fighting game that promises to deliver hundreds of iconic DBZ & Super battles. It provides a series of story campaigns, some of which are original ideas, some of which have online functionality as one might expect, performance is of course quite good on the Nintendo Switch, either emulated or hacked.

It features an episodic battle system which is pretty familiar, basically it’s a replay of key moments developed by Spike Chunsoft and published by Bandai Namco. We’ve seen it in the Naruto Shippuden games and it’s pretty effective. In some cases, you will receive much dialogue and cutscenes before entering a battle, but it is a representation of the Anime world. You also have the option to join up with a well-known face from the beginning, or fight solo if you prefer, which alters some of the story’s events when Raditz kidnaps a loved one of yours.
