Description:

Moonglow Bay is looking to take that hook and line mechanic one step further into a complete game. Released on Steam and Xbox in 2021, this fishing sim game from Bunnyhug and Coatsink had mixed reviews. The new Switch port (and starboard) is a quiet few days out on the sea, but transformed by bugs and a few frustrating moments into quite a raging sea journey. The game starts with your partner being declared dead when they went missing 3 years ago (you can select your partner’s pronouns and appearances).

Your adult daughter, River, moves in to care for you and help you, alongside your cute dog, Waffles, whom you can pat and take for walks. You find a Christmas gift waiting for you—a fishing journal. And so begins your character’s healing and fishing journey. Slightly roleplaying it up, this is a collection of three sim games: a fishing sim, a cooking sim, and a store management sim. The player goes around and talks to the people of Moonglow, listens to their stories, and helps them out in various ways, primarily by fishing and cooking and fishing and cooking and fishing.

• epl and Sulphur zones, and solve local puzzles and face the Mythical Monsters of Moonglow.
• Co-op Play: Experience the emotionally charged 22- to 30-hour story on your own or with a friend in co-op play, a local drop-in, drop-out experience.
