Description:

Hades II, a 2025 roguelike action role-playing game, is the first sequel in the Hades series developed by and released by Supergiant Games, and is a sequel to Hades (2020). It was announced in December 2022 and was first released in early access mode for Windows in May 2024 and for macOS in October 2024. The sequel adds two distinct paths from Tartarus to the surface: an underworld path that traverses four biomes (Erebus, Oceanus, Fields of Mourning, Tartarus) and a surface path that traverses the city of Ephyra, the Rift of Thessaly, Mount Olympus, and the Summit.

• New Protagonist: Play as Melinoë, the immortal Princess of the Underworld and sister of Zagreus, in search of beating the Titan of Time, Chronos.
• Witchcraft-Infused Combat: Strengthen your “Nocturnal Arms” with a brand-new Magick system that will enable you to cast powerful “Omega” charged attacks while maintaining strategic “casting circles”.
• Dual-Path Progression: Take on either of two different paths, descend into the ever-changing depths of the Underworld, or rise to the surface and fight against Titans on Mount Olympus.
• Witchcraft Hub: Collect reagents and perform incantations with Hecate’s Cauldron to get permanent upgrades.
• Tame and befriend: fierce animal companions to aid in combat: Customizable Familiars.
