Star Wars Episode Racer is a 1999 Lucasarts racing game. It is modeled after the Podracing sequence in the movie, Star Wars Episode I – The Phantom Menace. The game features all of the racers and race course on Tatooine from The Phantom Menace. It adds several new courses, on Tatooine and various planets. There are a number of modes of playing this game as a solo-player.

, with a tournament setting. Multiplayer mode is available and differs from platform to platform. The Phantom Menace is the lone exception as the two actors who played Anakin Skywalker and Sebulba in the movie also have their roles in the game.

• Roster of Racers: 25 different characters to choose from including Anakin Skywalker, Sebulba and Ratts Tyerell with unique alien dialogue and voice lines.
• Afterburners: Reach a simulated speed of up to 600 mph Please be careful: if pushed for too long, the engine will overheat and catch fire.
• Upgrade your Pods: Use the Pit Droids to buy parts to boost top speed, acceleration and cooling.
• Track Hazards: Survive through flaming methane lakes, meteor showers, Tusken Raider attacks and anti-gravity tunnels on worlds such as Tatooine and Malastare.
• Damage & Repair System: Individual engines will wear out when they collide with walls, which will reduce the speed of the units; can be repaired at the cost of slowing down during the race.
