Heart of Crown PC is both a careful one-to-one re-creation of the physical “Heart of Crown” and a step above and beyond, taking advantage of all the opportunities that a digital medium has to offer. The base game contains both the original trading card game’s cards and the Far East territory. Seven sons, daughters, and stepsons are now vying for the royal crown after the sudden demise of the Emperor.

HEART of CROWN NSP Key Features:

• Princess System (Asymmetric Abilities): Instead of playing a standard deck, you have to spend your economy to play a particular Princess. The game features 7 different Princesses, each giving you a powerful game-changing ability that determines your winning strategy (e.g., lower the cost of cards or condense your domain).
• Heart of Crown: differs from the standard deck builder in that it also brings in some “Link” system. Cards with a Link icon can be played in order, one by one, in one turn, thus permitting large combos and strategic engine-building.
• The Coronation Race is not a race to the first player to get the most powerful cards, but a race to a total of 20 Succession Points. To earn points ,you must score both assets and influential persons (such as Senators and Dukes) and must endure a one-turn grace period following your Coronation.
• Dual Phase Turn Structure: All turns consist of a Main Phase (during which you can play actions, buy Market Cards, and draw cards) and Second/Cleanup Phase (during which you can play Succession Cards, bank your points, and manage your domain).
• Rich Story Mode: Both versions of the game include a fully voiced, visual story, campaign mode with the lore of the Empire and the seven Princesses.
