Description:

Stunt Race FX, or Wild Trax   is an Argonaut Software and Nintendo-developed video game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) by the former. The second game to take advantage of the 3D-centric Super FX powered GSU-1. Exaggeration has always been and will always be a major component of arcade games. The genre has never been into realism and has explored everything from impossible jumps to gravity-defying loops. Rather, it’s about providing excitement, spectacle and just some driving adrenaline. Welding Byte’s Stunt Race aims to do just that.

Stunt Race NSP Key Features:

• Trick Systems: Aerial rotations such as spins, flips and rolls to earn points or money for your style.
• Extreme Tracks: Courses are based on floating platforms, very large loops and tracks at a high level in the air instead of on ground.
• Vehicle Damage Physics: Collisions, rough landings and missed jumps cause realistic or spectacular crumple and deformation.
• Boost & Power-ups: Mechanics which can fill slots and restore game momentum rapidly after certain crashes, or help players reach breakneck speeds, depending on the track’s location
• Timed runs: runs, or scoring events, designed to target stunts or stars to be hit in the air while a timing mechanism is active.
