Description:

Transistor – After the success of the Bastion game, Supergiant Games continued to release their next product called Transistor. The game was first released in 2018 for the Nintendo Switch. Like Bastion, Transistor is a game with a unique graphical design and is also an action role-playing game. Transistor’s combat system is extremely unique. The action of the game is based on performing a series of combat moves that are linked together in a specific sequence—such as swinging your giant sword or firing energy blasts on the screen or lobbing grenades at enemies. You can play around in real time, attempting to overcome the battlefield and battle waves of perilous enemies.

Transistor NSP Key Features:

  • Career and Turn Based Combat: Battle in real-time with others, or take time to “Turn” using the game’s signature turn-based combat. This enables you to stock a string of attacks, moves and dodges – they are executed all at once when the time is called back up.
  • Deep “Function” System: The skills you employ are known as Functions, and they are associated with the dead souls. These can be used in thousands of ways: use them as main active skills, buffing other skills, or permanent passive skills.
  • Immersive Atmosphere & Storytelling: The game is set against a vibrant background of hand-painted isometric graphics and an original and dynamic score that changes according to what you do. Reactive voiceover and in-depth file records gradually reveal the lore of Cloudbank and its denizens.
  • The game does not have a normal difficulty setting; it uses “Limiters”. In combat these debuffs will increase the strength of your enemies and give you bonus XP.

Installation Instructions

There is no difference between NSP and XCI formats — both run exactly the same on any Nintendo Switch emulator. Your downloaded Transistor file is in NSP format.
To play on an emulator, open your emulator, go to File → Load File (or drag and drop), and select the downloaded NSP file.
Ensure your emulator has at least Firmware 6.2.0 installed before launching Transistor.
On a hacked Nintendo Switch, install the file using Tinfoil (highly recommended) or DBI Installer.
The direct download link may occasionally be slow or unavailable due to high traffic. If it fails, please wait a moment and try again.
