Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma is the newest entry in the iconic action RPG life simulation game series. It’s being developed by Marvelous and published by XSEED/Marvelous on June 5th. The other thing that makes this game interesting is that is being released at the same time for the original Nintendo Switch and the Switch 2.

Now, Zuma is being tormented by dark forces: what is known as “the blight.” This is in various forms and I’m sure I see it in at least 3 other games and one of those is Zelda. So, it’s pretty straightforward. The blight is bad, You’re better, get rid of it. This is also true of the villagers themselves. They may fall prey to the blight and become different beasts that you’ll have to purify on the adventure.

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma Key Features:

• Bold New Abilities and Weapons: As an Earth Dancer, you fight the Blight and purify the land with sacred treasures, dance, and new types of weapons, such as the Bow and Talisman.
• Village Restoration and Construction: In addition to farming, you restore and manage entire villages, building structures to help draw inhabitants back and help you.
• Japanese Inspired World: Play in the wonderful traditional Japanese country with beautiful Japan scenes, seasonal worlds and festival theme.
• Restore the gods of the land: restore the vitalization and useful resources that the gods had given to the land.
  Romantic Relationships and Combat Allies: You can befriend romantic interest/ally and marry a wide range of characters, which can then be recruited to fight for you.
• Diverse Protagonists: Play with two protagonists – Subaru or Kaguya – and experience different story elements.
