Unravel Two anything that video games have taught us over the years, it’s that adventures are always better when one has a friend. Experiencing a challenging mission for the first time. Hard-fought teamwork to overcome a boss. Solving a puzzle at the same time. It’s important in games at times that Co-op provides us with some of the most important moments. This might’ve been in the thoughts of Swedish developer Coldwood Interactive to begin with, since it truly shows.

This isn’t a bad thing, as its creator understands what made the first one so endearing and just adds more of the same. Once again, you’re playing a little woolly character called Yarny, who makes his way across a 2.5D landscape and uses his own woolly string to swing across chasms, pull down items to unlock new routes, and climb seemingly impossible heights. You will still have picture frames as gateways to new levels, but this time inside a central gate in a lighthouse, with new memories to discover.

Unravel Two NSP Key Features:

• Two Yarnys (Co-op & Solo): Co-op or play solo. You can play by yourself, combining the two characters into one multi-colored Yarny for easier platforming or separating them to work on a puzzle. You can also carry your partner to speed up traversal.
• Steam +3Dynamic Thread Mechanics: The thread that connects the two characters is a core part of the gameplay. To use to rappel, swing across gaps, build tight ropes for jumping platforms, tie objects together, or tie one Yarny to use as an anchor.
