R-Type Dimensions and R-Type Dimensions EX, Dimensions III have been totally rethought and re-coded with all the latest graphics and audio enhancements, new game modes, nd many new R-Type features to bring the classic era of R-Type to the 21st Century.

Following many wars and almost extinction, the Bydo have returned—stronger, more adaptive, and much more aggressive. In response, the Earth Space Corps has built a next-generation R-90 type fighter: the R-90 Ragnarok.

R-Type Dimensions III NSPKey Features:

• Instant 2D/3D Swapping: Swap between the original 16-bit pixel art and remade 3D graphics (with dynamic lighting and modern effects) on-the-fly, without pausing gameplay.
• 3D Camera Modes: There are some dynamic camera flourishes, such as standard and a “crazy” mode that changes your perspective as you move about the levels.
• Heavy Rockin’ Original Soundtrack & Remastered Audio: The original soundtrack from the series is included along with a fully remastered audio version with a dedicated jukebox mode.
• Three Iconic Force Weapons: Own the R-90 Ragnarok and make use of the distinct characteristics of the original’s three Force Weapons: the attack power Cyclone, the defense Shadow, and the standard Round.
• Classic & Infinite Modes: You can choose to play the traditional way with a set number of lives and checkpoints or switch to Infinite Mode for unlimited lives and instant respawns.
