POPUCOM: I didn’t want to say the obvious, but it’s a game that I felt reminded me of a certain paint-splashing third-person shooter. And it’s hard not to say that this game wears Splatoon’s distinct style as a bit of an inspiration to its music, animations, and visual style—but they’re nowhere close gameplay-wise. POPUCOM uses colour-based pellets to form rows of three of the same colour to engage enemies and a variety of tools to cross chasms, jump between thin walls, block oncoming lasers from insta-death, etc.

Super Tennis is a game that really makes it easy to learn, but challenging to master, particularly for the competitive player. The game also has several game modes such as singles, doubles, and timed challenges to provide various rhythms and strategies. The control scheme is very adjustable, as players can remap buttons or use the motion controls for serving and volleying for added precision and immersion.

• Story Mode: A campaign implemented in a way that is only for two players and is to be played with genuine coordination and trust between the two players to complete complex puzzles.
• Party Mode: A high-energy game mode with larger, chaotic puzzles and special tasks for larger groups.
• Character Customisation: The in-game hub has a wardrobe where players can use gems to outfit their characters with fun and colourful cosmetics.
• Arcade Mini-Games: An in-game arcade room to take breaks from the main stages with lighter, more casual mini-games.
• Mode: All players play two colours in turns. Matching active colours with platforms, doors,s or laser beams is essential for progression, and this is how you can interact safely with the environment.
