Backrooms: Exit from Supermarket Horror Switch NSP Free Download Romslab sets the player’s tone: It’s a trap. A very obvious storage area, and rendered with a rather clinical realism. The shelves are filled with neatly stacked boxes and crates, and the shelves are arranged in rows and columns, extending into the distance.

The puzzles are mostly simple and used to fill in the time in a non-organic way, but don’t really tie in to the story. They appear more like man-made barriers than natural components in the setting, and they serve more to detract from the experience of the player than to add to it, an integral part of any horror game, is a sore point.

• Stealth & Distraction: Direct combat UNABLE. The game’s objective is to help you survive by steering clear of an antagonistic supernatural which prowls the aisles. Pick up, drag or throw objects in your environment (such as teapots or boxes) to make noise and to confuse the creature.
• Puzzle Solving: The maze-like supermarket has repeating corridors that warp and loop around. In order to move towards the exit, you need to find clues, keys and solve complex puzzles.
• Psychological terror: is a major component of the game, rather than cheap scares. While you must deal with all the annoying aspects of shopping such as the flickering fluorescent lights, the warped supermarket jingles, and unbroken rows of empty shelves.
• Stealth-Focused Survival: You are not supposed to deal with the horrifying beings prowling the aisles in a battle. Instead, you need to use concealment skills, be aware of the environment and mislead the AI by tossing objects to make sounds.
• Cryptic Puzzle Solving: The solution of the puzzles in the environment is blocked by environmental puzzles, hidden keys and clues, which you have to find without being discovered.
