 The same can be said of Sega’s puzzle series Puyo Puyo Tetris but instead of creating lines, players must match four colored orbs and pop themThe rule, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” is true of few games as it is for the famous puzzler that was created by Alexey Pajitnov — Tetris hasn’t changed much since it was introduced in the 80s. Of course, there have been many variations but the end result has been to keep playing field clear, make lines and drop blocks. Sega has taken these two types of puzzles and wrapped them up together in one mouth-watering treat: Puyo Puyo Tetris 2. Players must now deal with each type of puzzle under different circumstances, in a sequel to Puyo Puyo Tetris 2014.

Puyo Puyo Tetris NSP Key Features:

• Head to head mode: players compete head-to-head either by Puyo Puyo (matching coloured blobs) or Tetris (clearing lines).
• Swap Mode: A quick swift mode that will alternate between the Puyo and Tetris boards at a regular interval.
• Fusion Mode: A difficult, true Hybrid mode with Puyos and Tetriminos placed together in the same board.
• Multiplayer Action: Multiplayer version allows up to 4 players, both split screen and online, with “Puzzle Leagues” being ranked.
• Adventure Mode: Ten unique acts and story cutscenes with characters from both worlds that can be played in a single-player campaign with challenges.
