Description:

After its first two episodic Sam & Max seasons, Telltale Games took a step back and focused on other properties for a couple of years; they were able to incorporate everything that has been learned in the games between the episodic titles, resulting in Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse being one of the most technically advanced titles in the series. The general, a giant, talking space gorilla, is searching for toys of psychic power, and has therefore decided to come to Earth on his quest. Luckily, it will be up to the Freelance Police to foil him!There’s little use of magic here, however, since Max’s powers are so reduced, so this episode is much more traditional in terms of puzzles.

• Enhanced Visuals: The 2010 episodic release has been completely remastered with modern cinematography, dynamic lighting and enhanced lip-syncing and remastered music tracks.
• Quality of Life Enhancements: Likeable changes such as controller support, modernized UI and a toggleable hint system to aid when stuck.
• Bonus Content: The remaster also adds back the “Nutri-Specs” power-up that was exclusive to the PS3 Original release.
