Description:

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess NSP, let’s just say it’s a pretty inadequate introduction to any sort of hands-on feature. As an aside, Nintendo recently asked us to visit their European headquarters in Frankfurt and give The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. We opened with a short session on a Sky Island designed to allow us to get to grips with the controls and play around with the new mechanics (or at the very least begin to). We were initially a little bit overwhelmed as we were told in not quite so many words to ‘go nuts’ with everything that lay before us. We tried the Ultrahand, and realised pretty soon that we know more about physics than we care to remember.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess NSP Key Features:

  • Dual Forms (Link & Wolf Link): A divine beast can be obtained by taking the corrupted “Twilight” of certain areas in Hyrule. Players use Midna for combat, improved senses, and digging skills in their Wolf Link.
  • Midna, The Shadow Companion: Midna is mounted on Wolf Link’s back and gives it combat skills, such as a targeted dark energy field. She can also aid Link in jumping across gaps, as well as eventually allowing him to fast-travel the overworld.
  • However, Twilight Princess has a darker, more realistic, and film-like feel to its art style, unlike the cel-shaded tones of The Wind Waker.
  • Horseback Combat: Players fight in high-intensity mounted combat in Hyrule Field, such as jousting and skirmishing with enemy cavalry.
  • Hidden Sword Skills: Link acquires up to seven high-level sword skills (like helm splitter and the jump strike) from an undead warrior called the Hero’s Shade.

Installation Instructions

There is no difference between NSP and XCI formats — both run exactly the same on any Nintendo Switch emulator. Your downloaded The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess file is in NSP format.
To play on an emulator, open your emulator, go to File → Load File (or drag and drop), and select the downloaded NSP file.
Ensure your emulator has at least Firmware 21.2.0, Atmosphere 1.11.1 installed before launching The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
On a hacked Nintendo Switch, install the file using Tinfoil (highly recommended) or DBI Installer.
The direct download link may occasionally be slow or unavailable due to high traffic. If it fails, please wait a moment and try again.
