Hades Uprising is a true overhaul of the genre on the Nintendo Switch. Discreated and revealed by EpiXR Games, the game takes advantage of the hybrid potential of the Switch to provide a smooth experience from the comfort of the sofa, the tabletop, or when you’re on the move. The game’s intrigue is abstract surrealism, which incorporates the gloomy aesthetics of the underworld, giving the world a haunting and mesmerizing feel.

Playing Hades Uprising puts the player in the nine circles of Hell, a world of suffering, memory, and punishment. These circles are surreal, abstract platforming puzzles that are broken down into five intricately crafted zones, each involving the player in solving a puzzle and testing their skill and adaptability. The story follows the voices of the lost souls who tell the tales of the underworld and Hades’ own story.

• Nine Unique Circles: The game has nine different “circles of hell”, each with five handcrafted tracks, which have different themes and spatial issues.
• Crystal Collection: Crystals are collected at the end of every track in order to open the next track and aid in the rebellion.
