Description:

Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian doesn’t start with hope, but with the aftermath, the aftermath of a city that’s nearing the end of its days, and two wanderers with an urge to rebuild. This is Gust’s gloomiest Atelier yet, and it’s a good thing, as it isn’t long before you realize that.

But at the same time, it is also one of the most optimistic. Resleriana is not a mobile rehash or a rehash of its mobile predecessor. It’s a standalone that takes the slow-burn magic of the series and adds some surprisingly grounded themes of community and perseverance. It’s not kingdoms in this entry.

Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian NSP Key Features:

• Gift Color Synthesis: Make and match the properties of the colors of ingredients. Colors and categories can be manipulated using traits, Recipe Morphing, and Catalyst Ingredients to create highly customizable items for combat or for crafting towns.
• Timeline Command Battles: Play the game in a turn-based manner and fight with a party of 6 characters (3 active, 3 reserve). Switch action orders with mechanics such as Multi-Actions, influence the battle timeline with Interrupts,s and use Item Mixes for powerful area attacks.
• Dimensional Paths: Visit randomly generated dungeons of different levels with different enemies on different maps each time. These zones have fewer abundant ingredients and “Starpearls” for high-level synthesis.
• Shop & Town Management: Use synthesized creations in your shop for sale. Collect coins to build up your town, advance the plot, and unlock new recipes.
• Two Main Characters & Legacy Characters: Play a story with two protagonists heading back to their wrecked town, as well as a variety of beloved characters from previous Atelier games continuing their journey alongside.
