Fire Emblem Engage fans, it’s time for a Happy New Year, Fire Emblem! But what a start to this 2023, it looks like being for all of you tactical RPG fans as Intelligent Systems’ Fire Emblem Engage is set to launch on Switch in just a few weeks. Over the Christmas holiday season,n we’ve already been working hard to get through the game and around the 12-hour mark of the main game.

You must recruit troops from one of the three houses given. The main character directly nurtures each character, collects equipment for them,m and boosts their abilities. Remember, though, that each of the students could be a real friend. Pupils gradually become attached, imbued with sympathy for the professor, and reminded that they are not soulless puppets.

Fire Emblem Engage NSP Key Features:

• Emblem Fusion: Let characters fuse with legendary characters by equipping them with special Emblem rings. This form exists for 3 turns and results in enhanced stats, a different appearance, andhigh-levell ultimate abilities.
• Skill Inheritance: Characters will take on permanent special stat increases and combat skills when bonding with Emblems.
• Bond Rings: If the character does not have major rings, they could equip lower-tier “Bond Rings” for stat perks.
• Heavy Weapons: Heavy weapons deal no damage but move defenders back regardless of defensive terrain.
• Quality of Life UI: hovering over a unit displays the weapon info, stats, and health changes when attacking enemies.
