Description:

The game features life simulation gameplay elements, in which the player can interact with villagers and strengthen their bond with them through a series of missions; farming, cooking, crafting and fishing. In addition to the main storyline, there are 10 missions for each of the main characters, which can be done at the player’s own pace. There are also side missions that the player can do anytime. You can talk to a character with a symbol above to do the character’s missions or the side missions. The missions will not proceed until the player receives a letter from the characters asking for his/her presence.

It was developed by Live Wire and published by Square Enix, being released for the Nintendo Switch and Windows on November 4. It has been compared to Final Fantasy and Rune Factory, and is a farming sim that stars in an attempt to save the world from the unexpected arrival of a deadly magical plague called Quietus.Eventually a second earthquake happens and a large red crystal known as the “Seaslight” starts emitting energy. Other crystals from the Seaslight emit energy and a meteor rains down from above.

• The main storyline is about “Quietus” which is a killer catastrophe that comes every season – the player has to plan their time carefully. At this stage, the air becomes filled with dust which stifles life and stops people from going outside to work.
• Part of the gameplay involves swinging your days between working the fields, raising the livestock and improving your farmhouse, as well as going out to explore branching, enemy-filled dungeons every day.
• Dynamic Job SystemCombat is an active combat with a class changing system. Players may “Switch Jobs” (e.g., to Fighter, Mage and Shadow Walker) in battles to exploit enemy weaknesses and cause “Double Break” states.
• Cooking & FarmingFarming is not only for earning a living but also as preparation. For cooks, the most common use of produce is to increase their stamina to make cooking and enhancing recipes easier; and for heavy stat buffs, it’s for extending their survival time in long dungeon runs.
• Unique allies can be befriended and teamed up with by players. They get passive combat buffs and deeper narrative connections from taking them on adventures and completing their personal side-quests.
